CNC Monoblock Carving
Monoblock work starts at the quarry: we select blocks against the piece's final dimensions, soundness and veining direction. CNC roughing removes the mass; hand finishing brings the surface to final tolerance and texture — honed, polished or leathered.
We produce from designer drawings or develop the CAD model in-house, with a scaled sample or full-size prototype approved before the final block is cut. Weights, fixing details and installation drawings are supplied with every piece.
